The economical circumstances is fluid in thesedays. So most of companies must adjust and change themselves consistently. In this point, the change of asset or debt is easier than that of human-resource. Workers have their job-style and position and confortable treatment. So it is often hard to rethink and change those matters. On the other hand, workers who have will and alibity to change those job-style and teach themselves are realistically valuable when M&A or great change is needed. We have many social problem in these days. But most of those are referred to person rather than the Nation or the Government. For example "Poverty" is social problem,but recently this problen is often related to peoples ability,character and families. And those people are said that they are the cause itself, not the society. Those people are going to be solitary as a result., I think.

According to today's paper(ASAHI), The alumni of some high school in Ibaraki prefecture has started a scholarship program.This program is provide scholarship for the students who pass the entrance examination of Tokyo univ. This news makes students interested in this highschool,and highly motivated them to study. I think this episode teach us hint for suggest more studying with a clear goal.
