According to today's newpapers column, Japanese economical-law is going to be constructed substantially rather than formally. This trend makes change to company management of course. Managers are expected to recognize and understand by what purpose those law regulates. And when company is going to plan new business or M&A, managers must think this demand,I think.

Yesterday  a strong earthquake was occured in Chile. I worry about the damage. We should think and do how to rescue.And we should pay attenthion to Tsunami warning.

International standardization of business is accelerated by economical grovality recently. Yesterday I attended some meeting about discussion of the international standardization.In Japan the standardization in manufacturing company is highly advanced,but in service sector it is not so matured(including educational business).I think this standardization process will make service sector more activated.

How to activate professionals

Professionals are suffering the difficult situation in Japan. Of course, professional skills are more and more valuable but the cost(which companies can afford) decrease in these days. Still more, many companies are spending salary for ordinary workers(no professhonal skills) because of today's bad economy. I worry that yound people are hesitating  to make effort to be professionals.

According to newspaper, DAIICHI life insurance corporation is going to change its style from mutual company to joint-stock company. This company is the first case of mutual style insurance company in Japan. So I think that this news is a little sad. But this changing process is very good suggestion to us when we think about changing companies style. This company is going private and giving almost all customers its new companies stock. So they can get some money when they sell this stock. It is very fair process.This process must be studied when some government company is going private and public. At that time those stock might be delivered to national people.

Recently most of social matter are committed to person and those people are floating without a sense of belonging to any group.So requidity of social thing and proprem are increased.This requidity makes people worried , no active and taking any risks.
