Theory or Practice

I read Japanese famous doctor"TAKAGI KENKICHI"'s non-fiction story. He investigated the couse of beriberi(KAKKE disease) by practical process(positivism). But at that time doctors who learn theoritical medical science rather than  practical process. So the result of Dr TAKAGI was rejected by those theoritical type doctors. His results were applaused by Britain.This episode teach us the necessity of many-sided thinking.

Zhongguo Renmin Yinhang's(Central Bank of China) policy

Central Bamk of China is going to start new policy that tighten the money supply. This policy is for prevent excessive inflation.This may control the boom of real estate investment. I think and expect that this policy get more Chinese people to be able to have comfortable house because those price go down properly. Then Chinese economy will grow moreover. 

Import Brains

According to Today's newspaper, some Japanese growing company is going to import Brains. It means that this company recruit foreign students from China and India because their intelligence and thinking is better than that of Japanese students. I think this fact get us know the crisis of Japanese education. Japanese educational system is not enough for Japanese companies needs.I would like to find what is needed. One hint is existed in that newspaper. Many Japanese students is search job just for their stable life. This tendency will disappoint Japanese companies,I think. 

Over 120,000 guraduates do not have job

According to today's newspaper, many university students do a hard struggle for getting regular job. This situation may continue long because most of companies in Japan have just little room for freshman and feed their existing worker with all effort.I think that it is needed for those students to get ability not only how to find their job but also how to establish their business. The skill to be entrepreneur is valuable and needed in many companies also.So this type of skill-up is very usefil for them,I think.

Cloud company

The boom of Cloud computing is growing speedily now.The Ministry of Public Management said that the cloud computing market is going to grow up to two trillion yen 2015.I think that this cloud is very useful tool to reorganization of business. If there is such a cloud computing system in two company, it is very easy and without stress to join this two companies system. This change is expected by ideal business style.

Break off the merger

The integration negotiation od KIRIN and SUNTORY was breaked off yesterday. This case teach us the difficulty of deciding share-ratio. This ratio has a role of measuring the company and brand value. In this case, I think this point is more serious in SUNTORY because this company is owned by established owner's family company. This ratio is very formal matter. If there were much discussion about this ratio,there were probably some agreeable point or condition ,I think.

How to grow the ability to teach oneself

In this changing situation among the world, Japanese young people are expected to get skill and ability to work and create new company to grow.However,we do not know what that ability is. So what they can do is learning the ability to teach oneself quickly, I think. There is no school to teach them changing knowledge to need. I think that such a school which can provide students how to teach themselves continuously is ideal school in the near future.
