I met two international students in Japan

Yesterday I met two student who go to Japanese university.One from Mongol the other from India.They explained why they chose Japanese university.They have three reason. First reason Japan is Asian country second reason Japan is developed country third reason they got scholarship in Japan.The declining number of children in Japan should lead to increase international student and worker.Then I would like to notice their reason to decide for studying in Japan.

Excessive strong admiration for salaried worker

In Japan,people seek to be a salaried worker for stable large company because of their wealthy life.But those wealthy living came into existence on behalf of "the struggle for existence"several years ago.So those trend will bring waste their wealth.This problem is serious.

Lack of manpower as president

In Japan,there seems to be a curious problem.In this recession the number of jobless people is increasing,but on the other hand medium amd small companies need manpower for management or people to take over their busuness properly.

Classics should make us alive.

People say,This economical recession is once a century.In front of such a drastic change,how should we think and do? I have one proposal."People should taste and enjoy what we call classics." Classical music,art,poem,essay and so on.These classics are over a hundred years old and survive.They seems to have a wisdom to be alive.

Then..is it interesting to adjust ?

People often think they choose their job,but its not true, its just sweet dreams. Job or business select proper person to do. Then is it interesting to do as the job command the workers? The answer is yes or no.
Please do a 180.Workers should do their job correctly.And they can master their job.At that time,important point is how they master delightfully.

How do you choice your job??

In Japan , people are often discussing "how do you choice your job?" or " what kind of job is suitable for you?" But I think these are somehow misleading questions.
In fact, it is not that people are selecting their job,but businesses are selecting or seaching people for some job.

"Boom" in certifying exam.

There is "Boom" in certifying examination in Japan. Many students in University and business persons go to school,preparing for examination ,bar examination or CPA exam. But nowadays , getting certification is no guarantee success in business. Then career plan and career development is serious and big issue these days.
