Swedish youth power

Yesterday I attended meeting about reviewing Swedish system for youth people. I knew the progressive policy and basically the mind of youth people are very high rather than Japanese. This is because youth of Sweden are educated and experienced what is to have a relation to society, nation and the government. This may get them to be able to be interested in their society and to raise their productivity.

WTO matter

According to today's NIKKEI NEWS,USA government worry about Japanese New Law proposal for reforming NIHON-YUSEI.This Law may violate Free and Fair competition of service trade. This problem may turn out to be a WTO matter, I think.

Minimum wages guarantee

According to today's NIKKEI, the government are going to prolong the term for starting 1000-yen minimum guarantee payment per hour to 2020. This guarantee may bring difficult problem to us ; when 1000-yen rule is started, companies cannot afford many expensive workers.So at that time, we will suffer higher rate of unemployment.

Web camera

I got a digital web camera yesterday. I bought it to begin skype 'internet TV telephone' and going to study English communication through web school abroad.When I start, I will report what is going on in this blog.

Role of retired people

There are many skill or idea inside small business enterprises in Japan, but many of those belong to worker not to system or company. So it is needed to succeed from veterans or retired people. In Japan there going to be many retired people in this decade, so the role of veterans become more and more important, I think.

Zeal for business and life

Japanese companies and people are getting behind the others in rising nations. For example, according to today's NIKKEI-SHINBUN, Korean company(Samsung) has applied Japanese Prof.'s research before Japanese companies can do.This means that it is not a technique or skill but zeal to succeed in business, that decides this difference.

Rainy day

Is is rainy day. Yesterday sports day was postponed and the schedule of this week is changed. We could not resist to natural weather of course. But we can change the mind to adjust to it.

We may need reminder

We often think and get some idea which support us to have better life. But on the other hand, we often forget those ideas automatically. And after all the idea is not accomplished. What we need is "Reminder" to achieve it and to change our lives better actually.

Interest rates up in Europe

LIBOR(London Inter Bank Offered Rate) has risen recently. We should watch and be interested in this trend. It is reflected by the cooperation and adjustment between Euro Nations. The more trusting or reliable,The lower interest rate will be.

Recollection business?

People are often willing to recollect memories and revive oneself. But it is difficult to do so as one's demand because of one's routine work.In this process PC-system or human system are useful for those people. This is turned out to be a new business.

Lower competitive

According to IMD(Switzerland research institute), Japanese rank of competitiveness has plunged from 17th to 27th in 2010. The reason of this is the bad productivity and debt in government sector and the difficulty in economical matter. We should think and try the strategy to revive. What we must have is the mind to stand up to this difficult situation.

Professional's crisis?

Basically professional workers have a risk ; when the needs for those professionals has fully changed, their work may decrease fast. Professionals have pride themselves on their professional job, so it is difficult to make them aware of this change and crisis coming soon.In this changing business and social circumstances, what we need is educating ourselves to adjust to the change.

Wild Rose has blossomed

Wild Rose in my house's hedge has fully blossomed. It is pretty and fragrant.Bees are flying around the flowers and help to be pollinated. This is early summer scene. Those things make me aware of change. It is important for me to have those things(change indicators).  

Outside information

NIKKEI-BUSINESS 5.17 Prof. Drucker's article is quoted that to fulfill strategy we needs information outside of company and IT system. I think this is very important suggestion because we often forget the quality or character of information getting used to using free information through the IT system.

Making good use of "room" is the key

According NIKKEI-Business magazine column, there are many business hints in the "room". The room of some business is going to be a chance or valuable resource of other business. For example there are small space in front of shop which open only evening, there are rooms for rent the space in the daytime.

One strategy to productivity increase

According to today's NIKKEI column, Prof. KAWAGUCHI said that companies which can treat and activate woman workers are all the more productive. I think that this is important suggestion for us in this declining number of people in Japan.

Young Leader

New Prime Minister Mr. Cameron is 43 years old. He is the youngest British leader in this 200 years. This means some "change" in political matter. In Japan, the election 2010 may pressure party to change, I think.

Asian Library Cooperation

Today's ASAHI SHINBUN said that National Library in Japan, China and Korea are going to sign an agreement for providing common e-library system to share their e-contents mutually. This is very valuable policy because this enable people to use beyond the border.And this is all the more useful as those Asian country's culture and languages are partially effected historically.

Last resort for protecting our lives

As BUNGEI-SHINJU 2010.6 P175, Prof. Noguchi said that educational investment is last device to rerive Japanese economy.This comment is looking out for "the" default X-day. I think that thinking preparing for worst case is very important for us and for people in the future.Educational investment is very useful because this effect beyond the economic crisis. 

Club for the aged people decrease.

According to today's NIKKEI SHINBUN,the number of clubs for aged people is decreasing continuously. This is very curious phenomenon ,because the number of aged people are increasing in these days.This article mentions that the reason of this may be that it get difficult to decide the officer of the club.I think that this should be supported by another system or people because the needs of those clubs is important yet.

Formal and nonfomal is not the point

According to today's ASAHI-SHINBUN, the Board of Education in Tokyo decided that cramming school teacher advice teacher of public high school about how to teach students  preparing for entrance examination for high-ranking Universities. This is noticeable because the Board begin to understand that nonformal education is valuable and useful for support and activate formal education. Both formal and non formal, education has same goal ,to educate their students properly.

Discussion with freshpeople

I had a chance to meet and discuss career matter with freshpeople of some financial corporation. They are interested in their own career as much as career in this company.I feel this is recent trend and this trend has possibility for changing the company's future, because they may be aware of ideal company style and image through thinking about their own career or their ideal role in this society.

Cooperation will save us,not quarrel

According to today's news, there comes slump in the stock and foreign exchange market. This may be caused by little turmoil in Greek. I think that cooperation is needed in the world and adjustment to personal interest should be finished speedily and properly. To complete this, we need leadership and telescope to see the near future.

In the UK,the General Election is reported by news. The shape of national election is similar to Japanese Case.The third party gather voters needs(who are tired of two-party system). This election may be useful for us to watch the Japanese Election in this Summer.

Ranking of the line (Shanghai)

According to today's newspaper, the Shanghai international expo office announced that Japan and Saudi Arabia pavilion ranks top in terms of the number of people's line waiting to enter pavilion. I think that this give us hope. Japan is expected to lead technology and idea from foreign people. We should not lose this expectation by getting ourselves shrinked excessively.

A three-days trip

I went to small journey with my family and friends. We enjoyed delicious foods and hot spring. I could feel and think about resort-style-life. People were enjoying gathering shellfish at low tide and others playing tennis or golf games. There are many types of pleasure in this resort. We went to museum for musical instrument in HAMAMATU City , some limestone cave near HAMANAKO Lake and AKAI-SEKI(historical barrier face the lake and sea). Many types of event refreshed and stimulated us.
