HINOYO-JIN
Last night I attend YOMAWARI(night watch being careful for fire) as the Boy Scouts event. This event get us feel yearend and newyear.Walking with Scouts members, I think about what happened in 2010 and what is going to happen in 2011.

Annual revenue of China
According to today's NIKKEI, annual revenue of China is over 100 trillion yen in 2010. This is NO2 of the world(No1 is USA's 160 trillion). This level is over twice as much as Japanese revenue(about 40 trillion yen). If Japan is willing to increase the revenue, innovative change must be needed in all sector,or the consumer tax increase.

Private exhibition of potter's work
Last Saturday I went to some private exhibition of work which held by my former co-worker. His work is developing through his experience. Style of his work is for enjoying usual home use. I bought one bowl.

Preparation for new year
This weekend is the last chance to prepare for the new year. Changing the Christmas ornament to new year,and cleaning up the exterior of house (O-soji in Japanese), writing new year greeting card( Nenga-jo in Japanese), time is passing fast. This is somewhat traditional work in Japan.

International students increase in Japan
According to today's NIKKEI, international students increase 7% 2010 in Japan. This news is good for Japanese people because Japanese needs to keep contact with diverse racial people in this global society. On the other hand Japanese people who go abroad to study in decreasing 11% 2008! This is serious news. This must be changed to adjust this global world.

Long-term interest rate increasing
In Japan the long-term interest rate is increasing nowadays. This must be watched carefully and the government and the BOJ should keep up with this trend. Yearend companies needs money to operate their business, so this matter is important.

Yesterday I went to Roppongi after job to meet former coworker. The Christmas trees and ornament were brilliant and showed how is this season is peaceful and cheerful.

Clean up in year-end
Yesterday I cleaned up my house's outside windows. It was rather warm and comfortable for working outdoor. This is a seasonal event for me and this shows us the new-year is coming. Some neighboring people were also cleaning house.

No time for waiting change
2010 is going to change to 2011. But in Japan many theme are not solved yet. Among those theme I worry about the economic difference between young and old people. This must be solved quickly because especially young people need chance to go into the society and work and enjoy life. One is education which can solve it , I think. Without any those idea, government may enforce to re-valance the economic situation between young and old people in the future.

TESLA motors impact
TESLA Mortors has showroom in Aoyamaya Tokyo. I visited last night after job. I watched and rode it. The style and color is bright and energetic and this concept car become symbolic and legendary because this production is limited. One time charge thorough home electric socket for 390 kilometer ride!

Today in Japan, there are two types of companies; one is challenging and growing and another is stable and supported by rules or former success.Workers also divide two types. UR policy is good or bad?
The Ministry of Land is going to sell the rental houses which UR has in order to do restructuring. The rent of those houses may be raised in the future because of this policy. But this may badly effect the inhabitants lives. This policy starts from expensive houses but in the future this policy may expand to lower ones. This will be serious in the future.

Real employee situation is more serious.
According to today's NIKKEI, the ratio of university graduates who have already unofficial agreement of employment is about 28.9% in SAITAMA prefecture. It is serious more than what we already know. About 3 of 4 cannot have unofficial employee agreement before graduate.
