World Food Program(United Nations)

I had a meeting with a staff of "World Food Program(WFP)" yesterday.She said that the WFP activity was mainly carried out in Tokyo,Yokohama.That is because WFP office locates in Yokohama.More WFP event should be planed in local areas.What should we do to solve this problem?
