Public emplyee have to chage their lifestyle

Prime minister Hatoyama said that the appointment of a retiring government officials to an important post of some firm 'AMAKUDARI' must be forbidden. In this action , governmental officials may change their carrier design. They work at government in a lifetime or quit government and find a new job by oneself. It turn out to be a big change in labor market.Their may be more excellent government officers who change their carrier to private sector.

I think that SME(small business Enterprise)needs not only money but also how to manage their business and how to make their business plan. So Bank should keep up with those needs.For example,Banks new loan is such model that provide with some consulting service.This means that Bank provide not only money but also how to spend it.

The reform of BANK’s business model

I think ministry Kamei'S policy 'Moratorium' may lead to give changing opportunity to Banks. Banks only gather and collect money and hesitate to loan to SME(small and medium sized Enterprise)because they fear to hurt their capital.So they have not had chance to have plenty communication with those SME's managers. This Moratorium may lead Banks to brush up their communication and consulting skills to keep their loan's quality ,not quantity.

Language schools will change

Yesterday I attend the workshop.The theme is 'Quality in language teaching organisations'.In EU,There is strict rule or standardisation for guarantee the quality of language education.So if one enter some school that enter this system,they do not have anxiety how is the quality and effect the school and teacher provide.I think that in Japan there is not such system ,so we often have complaint about the quality of the teacher and education system.If such system will enter into Japan ,there may be more needs for studying at English school,and people who have such needs are such people who had given up studying English long ago because of the unsettled quality of school.

Educate oneself

I think that recently social and economic circumstances changes speedily,so we have to educate ourselves consistently.Then we should know what to study now for oneself.This is difficult question.To deal with this problem, we should know what we do not enough know and should know.

Please study for oneself ,not by oneself

We often misunderstanding that studying is very personal act and we should study by ourselves.Its just wrong.Studying is social action and have relation to our surroundings.So we study many things from our teacher,parents and neighbors.And it is important that there may be little thing to study from ourselves or by ourselves.Rather we should know our ignorant.

Study for oneself (voluntarily)

I think that one important purpose for compulsory education is making students be able to study for themselves(without any duty). Those students can study in any circumstances from any people,experiences and books.At that time they may be able to live properly and independently.

Teach like Musium

Education derives from educe.Then teaching may mean educe something good from their students. I think that in order to educe,we should help students to be aware of their own ability,character and meaning of existence.In this action,teachers must give many inventions,thinking and information to their students.

Musium is good teacher

I visited 'Museum of downtown customs in old tokyo'with mu family.There were many old tools,furniture,houses and playground equipments.Those things gave us anew information about our lives and imagination.So I like to visit such Museum.

Educe something !

Education comes from Educe,my father in law suggested yesterday.Educe means bring out someone's (substantial) ability.And then ,what type of ability teacher should draw out? I think this ability is how to be alive in this world.And World's situation are changing,so these necessary ability are also changing. Then education is expected changing properly.For example,people does not spend much time for regional community ,and students do not have information about regional job and life.So teachers should spend more time teaching these job and life,imaging student's lives in the near future.

The ideal education

What is the ideal education? This is very important question. But we had not been in front of this question because education had meant to teach how to pass the University Entrance Examination in the past.In these days we do not have fine definition,'What is the ideal education?'I think this is teaching how to live and survive,solving unknown questions.

Be in front of unsolved problem

There are many unsolved problem in these days. Unsolved means that people do not know how to solve the problem.When people face those problem,they may have stress.But they have to keep those problems in mind in order to solve those problems.We need to have such experiences.

What lian business needs is teaching how to making good use of money

Banks need teaching skill for teaching people to use money properly,teaching how we get good and healthy life.For that purpose Banks do not only promote people to spend money and need money but also give useful information and consulting to keep money and use for proper purpose.

Fee business changes Bank

Fee business needs advanced skill and experience in Bank business because people use pay service only when they think those services are valuable.Contrarily,loan business does not need such skill because people use loan because they need money itself.

Moratorium policy

Mr Kamei(candidate for the Ministry of finance)said that Moratorium policy is necessary for small and medium size business.I think this idea is good and interesting.Because this policy dose not need much money but it's effective for Japanese economy.Many Banks spend much time and man-hour to revolving loans.If this policy start,Banks need to change their business model from loan to fee-business.

The necessary condition for Mass communication

I think there is a necessary condition for Mass communication existing.That is our will and interest for having information from mass communication.And those will and interest may be made by our basic intelligence.I think this basic intelligence is crisis today.

I think that masscommunication must change business model to survive.But that may be hard job.

New Public Capitalism

I read 「新しい資本主義」PHP新書594 原丈人著）.I was impressed by this author's thinking.He said that company can bring our welfare by doing business not for their stakeholders but for the public.We,Japanese,have such back ground and we can change and adjust the Capitalism to our worldwide welfare.

University alteration

Yesterday I went to symposium in Tokyo University.The theme was University internationalization in Japan."Internationalization" means to increase international student in Japaneses universities and activate them. The main point of this action is how we help the foreign students to have a comfortable student life in Japan.And to do this,we must remove the language barrier.Then there seems to start lectures in English Japanese universities.That may be a drastic change.

The National Bar Examination

2,043 people passed the bar exam. I expect that they play important role in society not only as law specialist but also as consultant ,business leader and social worker.

We should change what we can change

We often say that we should change government,life style and the way of thinking.Then what should we do? I think what we should do is what we can do.And we never despair for our future,seeking to do what we can not do.

Knowledge make up for lack of experience

Young people do not have many experience,but they can have knowledge from reading or other expert people.Knowledge could make up for the lack of experience,those young people could decide and do something properly.

According to yesterday's comment,knowledge and experience help us to turn off the anxiety.Then we can do anything better and with confidence. Studying hard and having many experience are very important in thin meaning.

Anxiety is often born of ignorance

We lack knowledge around us.So we could not recognize what happens around us,and fear what we do not know.Knowledge and experience help us to do without excessive fear.

Please be satisfied with "uneasiness","anxiety"and 'worry'

When we are front of "uneasiness",we tend to have unpleasant impression and avoid that situation.But those unpleasant things often bring us good fortune.Please be in front of that and imagine,think and think over,over and over again.

In fact Recognize is important matter

I think that "Recognize" or "How do we recognize what other people think?" are very important and difficult matter. I am afraid we're under the wrong impression.Because we have been lived in some small and rather exclusive society,we tend to cling to the idea gotten into our head first.

Recongnize and agree is not same.

We Japanese often forget the difference between "recognize" and "agree".Recognize means to know something.We should recognize before we decide agree or not agree. That is point.

Many trials give us invension and resourses

We need many trials to grow.Trial means some impressive experience.

I think "Never give up" means "let's try again.".If we fault some trial ,we should do again with invent."Give up "is useless.
