Norwagian management rule

According to today's ASAHI-SHINBUN column, Norway government enact new law that requires listed company to assign over 40% director position to women. If companies do not obey this rule,those companies must be dissolved by the government. I think this rule is very helpful for us to think about corporate governance and activating society.
