National finance collapse?

NIKKEI BUSINESS 4.19 Mr Hujimaki ,Janpanese famous trader,said that national debt has excessed over control. So market members are goint to think that Japanese national finaice will collapse and sell Japanese debt- futures. I think that Japanese government should decide and announce the strategic policy to manage this debt. The time is going to be short.
