Information of one's ability

In Japan it is said and believed that name of one's graduate university is important factor of one's ability. But this situation has changed nowadays because the ability of them got diverse and the needed ability has changed as social and economic situation has changed. This means that the chance of young people,who could not go to well-known university,has come. They should raise their own ability outside those univ. The place those people could study is seriously needed.
