Reform of the M&A process

According to NIKKEI,the government are going to reform the inspection process of M&A by the Fair Trade Commission. Especially the pre-consultation process are going to be abolished in order to make the process clear and easy to be understood by the people. This reform is expected to accelerate the reform of Japanese companies.
