Fair Trade Commission reform plan

Yesterday Fair  Trade Commission of Japan announced reform plan about pre-consultation. The FTC are going to abolished this pre-consultation system because this is not formal process and sometimes prolong the business decision(M&A,etc.). Public comment is expected to this new plan. This kind of process also make a better plan, I think.
