Yesterday  a strong earthquake was occured in Chile. I worry about the damage. We should think and do how to rescue.And we should pay attenthion to Tsunami warning.

International standardization of business is accelerated by economical grovality recently. Yesterday I attended some meeting about discussion of the international standardization.In Japan the standardization in manufacturing company is highly advanced,but in service sector it is not so matured(including educational business).I think this standardization process will make service sector more activated.

How to activate professionals

Professionals are suffering the difficult situation in Japan. Of course, professional skills are more and more valuable but the cost(which companies can afford) decrease in these days. Still more, many companies are spending salary for ordinary workers(no professhonal skills) because of today's bad economy. I worry that yound people are hesitating  to make effort to be professionals.

This morning I can hear singing of birds clearly. The Spring is comming. It is warm and fine.The feeling of finding the seasonal changings get us know that today is valuable day.

According to newspaper, DAIICHI life insurance corporation is going to change its style from mutual company to joint-stock company. This company is the first case of mutual style insurance company in Japan. So I think that this news is a little sad. But this changing process is very good suggestion to us when we think about changing companies style. This company is going private and giving almost all customers its new companies stock. So they can get some money when they sell this stock. It is very fair process.This process must be studied when some government company is going private and public. At that time those stock might be delivered to national people.  

Personalization accelerate social liquidity

Recently most of social matter are committed to person and those people are floating without a sense of belonging to any group.So requidity of social thing and proprem are increased.This requidity makes people worried , no active and taking any risks. We need brand-new connection each other to stop this personalizing and requidity process,I think.

In todays' nikkei newspaper column, English educationnal style is going to make a higher levels of society because people who communicate with English is able to get a professional skills. This might be true I think. And we have to do action. At first in our families. There may be a growth in English educational market in side our families,I think.

According to today's newspaper, the government is going to increase the investment for scientific technique up to 1% of GDP. I welcome this policy. Especially the clean energy and health care field is important in the near future.And I think the importance of education for those technology is also needed.The elemant of investment is not only money but also person.

Human resources decides company's value

The economical circumstances is fluid in thesedays. So most of companies must adjust and change themselves consistently. In this point, the change of asset or debt is easier than that of human-resource. Workers have their job-style and position and confortable treatment. So it is often hard to rethink and change those matters. On the other hand, workers who have will and alibity to change those job-style and teach themselves are realistically valuable when M&A or great change is needed. At that time those human-resource decides business value,I think. So teaching workers to change for open mind is more and more valuable in thesedays.

People are not so interedted in their society. So they do not ask for help to the society and they try to solve those problem by oneself. But they may not solve properly.They are going to be alone.This is what we call "pwesonalized society".What should they or we do? I think that in this personalized society we should know the case and the way of other people's life. We can know those from books easily.It is important,I think.

We have many social problem in these days. But most of those are referred to person rather than the Nation or the Government. For example "Poverty" is social problem,but recently this problen is often related to peoples ability,character and families. And those people are said that they are the cause itself, not the society. Those people are going to be solitary as a result., I think.

According to today's paper(ASAHI), The alumni of some high school in Ibaraki prefecture has started a scholarship program.This program is provide scholarship for the students who pass the entrance examination of Tokyo univ. This news makes students interested in this highschool,and highly motivated them to study. I think this episode teach us hint for suggest more studying with a clear goal.

The lack of revenues is getting to be a real problem in the government. So they begin to think and consider the necessity of the pulling up the consumpution tax ratio. I think this is critical turning point of this government. Japanese people are worring about the deflation is getting worse if this pull-up is comming.We need grow policy in Japanese economy.

I read Japanese famous doctor"TAKAGI KENKICHI"'s non-fiction story. He investigated the couse of beriberi(KAKKE disease) by practical process(positivism). But at that time doctors who learn theoritical medical science rather than  practical process. So the result of Dr TAKAGI was rejected by those theoritical type doctors. His results were applaused by Britain.This episode teach us the necessity of many-sided thinking.

Zhongguo Renmin Yinhang's(Central Bank of China) policy

Central Bamk of China is going to start new policy that tighten the money supply. This policy is for prevent excessive inflation.This may control the boom of real estate investment. I think and expect that this policy get more Chinese people to be able to have comfortable house because those price go down properly. Then Chinese economy will grow moreover. 

Import Brains

According to Today's newspaper, some Japanese growing company is going to import Brains. It means that this company recruit foreign students from China and India because their intelligence and thinking is better than that of Japanese students. I think this fact get us know the crisis of Japanese education. Japanese educational system is not enough for Japanese companies needs.I would like to find what is needed. One hint is existed in that newspaper. Many Japanese students is search job just for their stable life. This tendency will disappoint Japanese companies,I think. 

Over 120,000 guraduates do not have job

According to today's newspaper, many university students do a hard struggle for getting regular job. This situation may continue long because most of companies in Japan have just little room for freshman and feed their existing worker with all effort.I think that it is needed for those students to get ability not only how to find their job but also how to establish their business. The skill to be entrepreneur is valuable and needed in many companies also.So this type of skill-up is very usefil for them,I think.

Cloud company

The boom of Cloud computing is growing speedily now.The Ministry of Public Management said that the cloud computing market is going to grow up to two trillion yen 2015.I think that this cloud is very useful tool to reorganization of business. If there is such a cloud computing system in two company, it is very easy and without stress to join this two companies system. This change is expected by ideal business style.

The integration negotiation od KIRIN and SUNTORY was breaked off yesterday. This case teach us the difficulty of deciding share-ratio. This ratio has a role of measuring the company and brand value. In this case, I think this point is more serious in SUNTORY because this company is owned by established owner's family company. This ratio is very formal matter. If there were much discussion about this ratio,there were probably some agreeable point or condition ,I think.

How to grow the ability to teach oneself

In this changing situation among the world, Japanese young people are expected to get skill and ability to work and create new company to grow.However,we do not know what that ability is. So what they can do is learning the ability to teach oneself quickly, I think. There is no school to teach them changing knowledge to need. I think that such a school which can provide students how to teach themselves continuously is ideal school in the near future.

Conservatism of Japanese young people

It is often said that Japanese young people(especially under 35) are seeking stable career,salary and company. But I think that this strategy is going to produce uneasiness rather than peace of mind. Recently the economical situation of Japanese company is changing with higher speed, the type of people who those company need is also changing. Those company are seeking people with highly motivated and have tough mind. There is large gap between the young people and those companies,I think.

What customers need is safe movement

The president of TOYOTA(Japanese largest car maker) said that apologized the many claim about PRIUS new model. I think that customers need safe and smooth trasfer rather than the efficiency of making car or removing useless making process.

How to educe the ambition?

It is said that Japanese people are satisfied with today's situation and do not make effort to study and work. And they prefer easy going rather than hard study or job. I think its main reason is that we Japanese lack chance to know a man with great ambition or great job because the formal school do not have such a course and non-formal school is just focused on preparing for entrance exam to higher school.There may be a huge hole or hollow inside our mind,lack of ambition,I think. 

Demand abroad pull up Japanese business

Japanese companies, which can get needs and demands overseas,are doing business better.This news teach us the hints of future.Any business should go beyond the borders to grow. This law of business is applied to any size of business and any kinds of business,I think. 

Trial is just a trial,not a policy

Ministry of Infrastructure announced that they do experimentation of high speed-road for free. They pick up several road and try to free for 10months. And after that,they may do a 'real 'policy. I do not understand this enperimentation because the purpose of this trial is not clear(just excuse to fail??) and trial is just trial, not a policy.

White carpet

Snow has fallen yesterday and road and grounds are covered by white carpet. White is a color of refreshed, I feel. I will start today's job with brandnew-mind.

Job Liquidity is weaking

In retailing business and seivice business, workers are changing their job frequently because of the long-hours job. But this trend is changing now according to today's paper. The job liquidity of these business is weaking because these workers cannot change job easily in this difficulty of finding new job. I worry that those business lose its activity by way of compensation.
